Hi, I’m Kali Tarzanick the heart behind the movement.
I’m outgoing, full of energy, and passionate about creating workouts that are strong, sculpting, and fun. As a former dancer with a deep love for movement, I combine my background in dance and exercise science to lead fast-paced classes that change weekly. From house beats to hip-hop, my sessions are music-driven, form-focused, and designed to help you build muscle, feel the burn, and move with confidence.
